Shipping & Delivery

All Sassa Moon pieces are hand-packed with care in New Zealand. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to lovingly prepare your order before it leaves our studio. Standard shipping within New Zealand usually takes 3–7 business days, and international delivery times vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Mangonui, New Zealand via NZ Post. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2 business days.

Tracking & International Orders

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.
